2021 Jeep Gladiator

The Jeep Gladiator is a four-door midsize truck that features a standard folding soft top, removable doors, and a fold-down windshield. It's available in one configuration only, a crew cab with a 5-foot cargo bed. You can choose from among nine available trims: the Willys, Willys Sport, Sport, Sport S, 80th Anniversary, Overland, Rubicon, Mojave, and High Altitude. The base trim features 17-inch steel wheels, halogen headlights, fog lights, and black fender flares. Alternatively, the Willys Sport trim comes with 17-inch aluminum wheels, cab rock rails, and body-colored fender flares. With the Sport S and Willys trims, you'll get power-adjustable and heated mirrors, a power lift gate, and automatic headlamps. The new 80th Anniversary trim features 18-inch Granite Crystal aluminum wheels and 80th Anniversary badging, while the Overland adds side steps. The Rubicon trim presents a vented Rubicon hood and steel off-road rock rails. Alternatively, the Mojave trim features an aggressive hood design. The High Altitude trim delivers 20-inch Gloss Black wheels, LED headlights and taillights, and LED fog lights.

You can choose between two types of engines with the 2021 Gladiator. The standard 3.6-liter V-6 engine produces 285 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. Alternatively, the new optional 3.0-liter diesel V-6 engine delivers 260 horsepower and 442 pound-feet of torque. The 3.6-liter V-6 engine comes standard with a six-speed manual transmission but is available with an eight-speed automatic transmission. An eight-speed automatic transmission comes standard with the diesel engine. All trims are equipped with a four-wheel-drive system.

The 2021 Jeep Gladiator Mojave trim is the first desert-rated Jeep vehicle. This Jeep offers standard features that permit safe and effortless driving through dry, unforgiving environments. Apart from a reinforced frame and axles, the Mojave features an enhanced suspension with a 1-inch front lift, as well as added cast-iron steering knuckles. Other standard equipment includes industry-exclusive FOX shocks, 33-inch all-terrain tires, a locking rear differential, and high-clearance fender flares.

The cabin of the Jeep Gladiator is functional and offers convenient features such as drain plugs and available Mopar slush mats so that you can easily get rid of dirt after an off-road adventure. The cabin is roomy and provides more space for rear passengers than many other vehicles in this segment. Depending on the trim you select, the cabin can range from quite basic to luxurious features. Standard features include a 5-inch Uconnect touch-screen display, eight speakers, cloth upholstery, air conditioning, and cruise control. Higher trims add many conveniences, such as an upgraded infotainment system with a 7-inch display, navigation, and Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. Other available features include leather upholstery, an industry-exclusive removable Bluetooth speaker, and automatic climate control.

Standard safety features include hill-start assist, a rearview camera, electronic stability control, and trailer-sway control. You can also opt for available driver-assist systems such as adaptive cruise control, blind-spot monitoring, and forward-collision warning with active braking.
